Minutes Board of Directors Meeting 10/21/03

General Board Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m. by President Mr. Stonebraker. Present were Directors Mr. Stonebraker, Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens from the District.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

Motion by Mr. Stonebraker to adjourn the public portion of the meeting and reconvene for closed session pursuant to RSMo 610.021(1) at 10:55 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag. Roll call vote, all ayes.
