            General Board Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m. by President Mr. Schloss.  Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag, and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics, Ms. Vincent and District Accountant Joe Schnieders.  There were no Citizens of the District present.

            The purpose of this meeting was to approve finalized Budget for Year 2008 presented by Mr. Schnieders.  The Budget was discussed and reviewed.

            Motion by Mr. Meyer to transfer individual funds as listed in a letter from Mr. Schnieders dated December 20, 2007 as presented:  Central Dispatch Fund to transfer funds in the amount of $71.99 to the General Fund; Pension Fund to transfer $14,574.06 to the General Fund; and the General Fund to transfer $215.08 to the Medical Benefit account to clear various inter-fund receivables and payables at the end of the year, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

            Motion by Mr. Meyer to accept the Budget for 2008 as presented by Mr. Schnieders on December 20, 2007, 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn general meeting at 4:40 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
