General board meeting called to order at 2:30 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Schloss. Present were Directors Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens from the District present.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

Motion by Mr. Meyer to adjourn the general meeting at 3:20 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
