General board meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m. by President Mr. Bettag. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens of the District present.

Purpose of meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

Joe Schnieders, Accountant for the District, joined the meeting at 3:30 p.m. Mr. Schnieders presented the Amended Budget for discussion and review. The Amended Budget is filed with St. Louis County by March 31, 2006.

Mr. Schnieders also presented figures on Chief Svetanics’ pension allotments for years 2005 and 2006. For 2005, Chief Svetanics has been paid throughout the year through General Fund payroll deductions, which needs to be reimbursed from the Pension Fund.

Motion by Mr. Schloss to transfer $9,574.62 to the General Fund from the Pension Fund as Chief Svetanics’ allowable pension allocation for 2005, 2nd by Mr. Meyer. Roll call vote, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye.

Motion by Mr. Schloss, be it resolved for subsequent years forward prepayment installments of Chief Svetanics’ pension will be taken from the Pension Fund on or before December 31st of each year, 2nd by Mr. Meyer. Roll call vote, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye.

At Mr. Schnieders request, the April meeting dates were changed to Monday, April 17, 2006 for the general meeting, and Tuesday, April 25, 2006 for bill signing and discussion.

Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn general session at 4:12 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Meyer. Roll call vote, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye.
