General Board Meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Schloss. Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no citizens of the district present.
Pledge of Allegiance led by Chief Svetanics.
Mr. Schloss stated there were no additions to the agenda.
Motion by Mr. Meyer to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
The Board reviewed and signed monthly expenses.
Next meeting scheduled for Friday, April 3, 2009 to meet with district accountant Joe Schnieders' regarding filing of the Amended Budget, which is due Tuesday, March 31, and the Estimate of Non-Binding 2009 Property Tax Rates which is due Wednesday, April 8, 2009
Motion by Mr. Meyer to adjourn general meeting at 4:03 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, and Mr. Meyer aye.
