General Board Meeting called to order at 7:37 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Chief Svetanics. There were no citizens present.
Mr. Meyer stated that there were no additions to the agenda.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
The Board and Chief Svetanics discussed and prepared a resolution concerning safety tax revenue from the River City Casino.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to pass Resolution 3-10 Of The Board Of Directors, Lemay Fire Protection District, St. Louis County, Missouri Regarding The New River City Casino as presented, 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn general session at 9:00 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
