General board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Mr. Bettag. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss, Mr. Meyer and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens from the District present.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

Motion by Mr. Bettag to recess general board meeting to closed session at 7:30 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye.
