          Executive board meeting reconvened at 4:01 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Schloss.  Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  Jay Weinstein, of Yavitz Insurance Agency, Inc., representing VFIS-Voluntary Firemen’s Insurance Fund, was also present.  There were no Citizens from the District present. 

          The purpose of this session was to discuss the District’s annual renewal of insurance policies with Jay Weinstein.  Mr. Weinstein explained our coverage on various policies such as Property Loss and Casualty, Workers Compensation, Fidelity and Public Employee Blanket Bonds, and Vehicle Comprehension and Collision.  Mr. Weinstein also reported on Management Liability and the umbrella policies. 

          Mr. Weinstein also brought a catalogue of training programs for us to utilize which are free to the District.

          Mr. Weinstein left the meeting at 4:43 p.m.

          Checks were reviewed and signed.

          Mr. Schloss announced that the Board will shelf April’s Treasurer’s Report until the next general meeting.  Mr. Schloss also requested that Mr. Schnieders, the District’s accountant, be present at the next general meeting.

          Motion by Mr. Meyer to adjourn the general meeting at 5:05 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
