            General Board Meeting called to order at 3:35 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Ms. Vincent.  There were no citizens of the district present.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

The Board discussed and reviewed CD’s presently owned by the District and will meet with Montgomery Bank President Donald Doherty to discuss investments.

The Board reviewed and signed monthly expenses.

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to recess general meeting at 4:23 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
