          General board meeting called to order at 3:38 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Schloss.  Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  There were no Citizens from the District present. 

          The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses.  Checks were reviewed and signed.

          Motion by Mr. Schloss to approve the Amended Tax Rate Resolution Fixing Tax Rates for Fiscal 2007 for filing with St. Louis County, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

          Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn the general meeting at 4:38 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
