General board meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m. by President Mr. Bettag. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Meyer and Mr. Schloss, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. Mr. Paul Probst of Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company, the District’s Workers’ Compensation Carrier was also present to discuss our yearly loss preventions. There were no Citizens from the District present.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss with Mr. Probst this year’s good ratings due to the District’s excellent loss control and history. Mr. Probst also informed the Board how to improve on safety issues through training and procedures. The Board is also meeting to discuss and approve monthly expenses.

Mr. Probst left the meeting at 4:38 p.m.

Checks were reviewed and signed.

Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn the general meeting at 4:52 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye.
