Minutes Meeting Board of Directors 9/22/03

General Board Meeting called to order at 10:02 a.m. by President Mr. Stonebraker. Present were Directors Mr. Stonebraker, Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens from the District.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

There will be a meeting with Accountant Joe Schnieders on October 7, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the budget for 2004.

Motion made by Mr. Stonebraker to adjourn the Board meeting at 11:31 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote all ayes.
