Minutes Board of Directors Meeting 9/29/04


General board meeting called to order at 3:30 p.m. by President Mr. Stonebraker. Present were Directors Mr. Stonebraker, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no Citizens from the District present.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and approve monthly expenses. Checks were reviewed and signed.

Chief Svetanics reported that October is fire safety month and we are scheduled to have an open house at the firehouse on Saturday, October 9, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be free hotdogs and soda along with firehouse tours, free coloring books, pencils and fire helmets for each child. Chief Svetanics stated we will also be performing car seat safety checks and installations, as well as offering free bike helmets with proper fittings to St. Louis County residents.

Motion by Mr. Stonebraker to adjourn the general meeting at 4:10 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote all ayes.
