NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LEMAY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

 The Board of Directors of the Lemay Fire Protection District of St. Louis County, Missouri hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, August 20th, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at 1201 Telegraph Road, St. Louis County, Missouri. The hearing shall be on the proposed rates of taxes, at which hearing citizens may be heard prior to their approval.

The tax rates are calculated to produce the revenues necessary and required to meet the annual budget of the District.

The assessed valuations, by category of real and personal property located in the political subdivision, as presently known and available, for the fiscal year for which the tax is to be levied, and for the preceding taxable year are as follows:
